This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Whizz (SMS Locator) on PC Windows and Mac.

Great app for phone plans that do not have data on it. However due to recent changes with Android, alphabet Inc does not want to allow location via SMS which is stupid. Those who don't have data plans are now being forced to use data plans. currently the application has an issue after a few days, on a Samsung A10, when I try to send them SMS, I got a reply back saying that I am not in their contact list in Wiz. I verified on the phone and I am. Please fix this issue.

Doesn't do anything. Everything sends you to a website telling you to download another program and install it. Seems like a scam.
