This app is really a hit or miss. I've been told many times its having technical difficulties and cant even display bus times and the update seems to have made it even worse! Also many times when trying to use it this app freezes my phone and I have to restart my phone to get it to work again! Edit: Upgraded my phone and now it freezes every time I open this app! This doesn't happen on any other app I have just this one.

This app is awful, it doesn't give specific times and the only thing on point is the scheduled time. The estimated time will instead if saying its 10 min late to begin with will say 1 min then 2 then 3, just now this app said the bus was 45 min late, so I start walking back home to wait and catch the next one. Loe and behold as soon as I get a block away it goes right by. This app is a waste of time

Glitchy. Non responsive a lot of the time followed by an app error message. PLEASE ADD: the ability to custom name the stop once saved as a favorite. I.E. the saved name is the bus stop number and aprox location. I would like the ability to custom name the stop once saved to my favories. "home" "work" "bus to grandmas" etc.

The bus stop schedule showed one time but the same bus stop on the bus route schedule on the app showed another, huge discrepancy.Tried again,still didn't work.Some arrivals say one time but show up a few minutes after it says they've come and gone.One bus stop said there was no buses at that hour but the route schedule on the app says there is.Some trips on the website bring you as much as 10 blocks away on each option when a bus stop is across the street.I can plan a better trip myself.Sad.

I thought the whole idea was to make it possible to see where your bus is. The desktop website can do that, which is almost pointless since you can't run it on a phone. This app only lets you see bus schedules. We can do that with PDFs of the bus schedules for much cheaper. Useless

It would be nice if this app didnt crash every single time you looked away from your phone for a split second. Oh your not looking at the screen? You wanted to watch where you were going ok! Crash..
