Flippin Fresh has been serving Fish and Chips in Torquay for over 35 years.
We take care to make your food from the best quality ingredients available and we cook your food using high-grade cholesterol-free Canola cooking oil.
There is huge attention to detail in the way that we prepare our food. We start with best Fresh Fish (some of it caught locally at Port Fairy) The fish is cut to size in our prep area ensuring thicker pieces. Our batter is golden light and crunchy or we can Grill it without using batter or flour.
We have separate Gluten-Free fryers and can cook all of our Fish, seafood, Chips and Potato cakes Gluten Free
There are no fish substitutions, so everything you see in our display cabinet is exactly what we say it is. We know because we prepared it.
Flippin Fresh Is Situated at the beginning of the famous Surfcoast Highway just down the road from Torquay's famous surfing shops and 5 mins from our stunning beaches.
