Unable to delete payment method. App doesn't pickup on the default payment method set either...

Gave this a shot while visiting Winnipeg, Manitoba. Spent a few minutes setting it up, adding payment info, finding my destination etc. Then I click to request a car and none are available (3pm on Friday afternoon). Deleted app and took a cab.

They do not pick you up! Booked once and my arrangement was cancelled.
