Very irritating experience as the login ui is very very very slow and bugy. I am having a hard time logging in. I have placed multiple orders but now unable to check the status moreover no order confirmation nothing, contacted customer service but no response till now. Not going to recommend anyone to shop from this app or web as same experience with the web platform. Worst experience overall.

I saw an ad for this and thought, "finally, I can order indian groceries" So much for that. I've been trying since yesterday to SIGN UP! The app doesnt even let me do that! Nice idea, but plz get the app to let people sign up

I would love to test drive this app as I am an instacart customer but cannot get ethnic foods. I am impressed with Cartly but I cannot find the Sri Lankan staple brands to buy. This is what I need to use this app.

I was trying to order some of my grocery items, could not do it because I couldn't enter the delivery date. No pop-up appears on tap of delivery date when you checkout. Please fix this bug so that user can order items from your shop rather than getting stuck forever 😝.

They advertise free delivery but when you are about to checkout, they add delivery surcharge. Most of the items are already heavily marked up prices.
