New Feature - Alerts. How about some details? What kind of banal garbage am I expecting to get pushed to my phone by THIS city's council? The Provincial Alert app is already enough of a disaster. You need to tell me more before I install this.

Can you guys make this app a lot easier and better for people to use

Incidents reported are closed near moments after being reported. There needs to be a reason attached to the closure in my opinion. Or some some can just close these all day long with nothing being done. Reports should have some action taken on the request to let the public know it was properly addressed. Right now it looks like they are dismissing most of Calgarians requests immediately.

Don't bother with Android - won't work. I installed this to report a specific issue where City infrastructure was crumbling and in need of repair. I was aware of some of the other comments about this App on android so I was very careful to answer all question. No dice. Even with 5 bars the app would not submit. Very disappointed.

I'm giving it 4 stars because I love it but it DOES have one big problem: if you don't fill in a mandatory field, attempting to submit SILENTLY fails. There is no explanation as to why nothing happens. This behaviour defies user expectations. Typically, apps highlight any mandatory fields in red that still require information. I assumed there was a network error for MONTHS and frequently gave up on creating tickets... then I figured out today what the intermittent issue was. Please fix it so that any empty mandatory fields GLOW RED when a user clicks the "Submit" button before all required information has been entered. Then I'll switch my rating to 5 stars :)

Good concept. 2 suggestions. 1. It would be nice when closing a request if you stated what action you have taken. 2. Move the traffic signal report option to another dedicated app.
