They have updated the app and it is extremely Unuser-friendly. I have to call in every time to make a claim. It's very very frustrating. And they've changed the list of drugs they cover so be very careful. I'm so disappointed and discouraged with this app. However when u reach someone, their employees are super duper!

Edit: still unable to add documents via the app July 1st. Unable to add required documentation.Get stuck on the 'accept' screen. I accept, but nothing happens....

Alberta Blue Cross Members App is a great app to use. With this it eliminates 98% to all paper needed for filing claims or other resources, making it much more environmentally friendly. It is easy and simple to use, the help, tips and info they have lead you through or to what you need and everything is now, mostly all in one place. Love being able to not only complete everything within the app, but submit directly, check the status and upload documentation if or where needed. Great app!

Can't even log in it just freezes Update The new update works to log in but now it says "we thought you left " and just signs me out over and over Update clearing cache deleting app and redownloading did not fix the problem. Update I logged in online and it worked so nothing in the app. Update. Awesome let me know when u guys have it fixed and I'll check it out again. Thanks!

Unable to login, have uninstalled/reinstalled the app on multiple occasions and having the same issue. Right now, the app is not useful.
