This app makes checkout a breeze, but it has a few issues. The bad: the
first time I opened it there is no way to log in. I had to wait until I was
at a branch to log-in. This made the process slower when I finally got to
use the app and I really hope it remembers my info for next time or this
review may lose another star. The developers should really consider making
the account info functionality work outside of the branch. The other issue
I had is that neither my girlfriends app or mine recognized that we were at
the central branch. I don't know if this is a problem with the app or the
phone gps, but it didn't work. The good: the app worked well at the
Freed-Montrose location. After I finally was able to give my log in in for
the app had a nice settings menu with account info and the self checkout
was SUPER fast.. Even faster than the normal self checkout machines. Just
took a pic of my barcode, put the books on a deactivating thing at the
front and was done. If they get the things above fixed this will be a 5
star app. If it requires log in everytime it will be a 3 or 4 star app.
Either way it's a great option and will be nice if the library is crowded!
