One of most disappointing services ever. Buses are never on time, and sometimes there are even "ghost buses" that don't even appear and you have to wait for the next bus. Today I've had to wait 2 hours for a bus that was meant to arrive in 5 minutes. I am still waiting on it with a group of other people. The app is just as useless when it comes to anything related to time. Thank you for making me late.

I bought a term pass back in September and haven't had any problems with using it, yet whwn I went to use it this morning it wouldn't show up meaning that I had to buy an additional ticket on the bus this morning

Won't even load the app just keeps saying it will install soon and then nothing. Its easier just to by the ticket on the bus and as I can see it does not give real time locations for the buses you'll still have to guess if the bus has blown through or is its usual 15 mins late.

Avoid this app! Totally unstable and not fully usable. Their website is far more user friendly.

Faulty app, most of the time valid ticket QR code doesn't scan properly. Developer don't bother about updating the apps.
