Like others on here, this worked for 3 weeks then after buying a new 10 ticket saver the app stopped working, crashes every time I open it. I'm on android Huawei. Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail...

App constantly frozen and doesn't even open anymore, buses never on time, some didn't even show on the map when it did work. Perfect app for such a service.

App freezes on opening on a Galaxy 7 edge. Rubbish app for a rubbish company who seem to go out of their way to take you in circles looking for fare information on their website. Their service and approach to mass transit, including their attempt at digital ticketing, is archaic at best.

Your app is connected with your Abellio account at http://abellio.bushub.co.uk which means you can access the same great features even when your on the move. See below for a guide to what's in the app.

1. Surrey Bus Tracker
Track our buses in real time on a map and find your nearest bus stops
2. Route Finder
Use the route finder to see all of our bus services within Surrey and London. Make sure you set your Region when you register as this will optimise the list of bus services to match either London buses or our Surrey buses. Also, enable Notifications from your Settings screen to get next stop announcements when you select a bus service and direction of travel, so you never miss your bus stop.
3. Journey Planner
Just provide a start and end location and a time of travel and the app will identify any matching journeys to help you plan your next trip with Abellio Surrey Bus.
4. Favourites
Use the app to register your favourite bus stops and bus services so next time you need to check bus departures you can get there quicker from the home screen.
5. Start Trip
When your out and about select Start Trip from the menu to get a list of your nearest bus services using your current location. Then select a bus stop to see if there are any bus services available from that stop. You can switch between a list of bus stops or a map view - whichever is easier for you to find your way.
6. M-tickets
Access your mobile tickets using the app when you buy your mobile tickets from either the app or http://abellio.bushub.co.uk
7. Special Offers
Once your registered with the app you can enjoy any of our great special offers from our commercial partners in Surrey. Use the 'Check in' feature at any of our special offer locations to claim your discount and to collect bus points. You'll see a voucher code which can be shown at the venue to claim your deal.
8. News Feed

9. Settings
