Now that the issue with the ticket machines on buses themselves not scanning the e tickets properly has been fixed it's a pretty good app. Seems more stable than the previous version, and the bus tracker is a lot more reliable than the electronic departure boards at some stops.

Updated app seems greatly improved - the bar code for the ticket is now at the top of the screen, which is better for larger screens. Usability is also better, with the link to purchased tickets now more obvious on the start page of the app, rather than buried in menus. Tentative thumbs up.

App doesnt work half the time. Gives incorrect details of bus timings, thats if it is even working. When I emailed them about this, they said I was wrong without any further information/investigation. Very poor customer service. You are paying so much for a poor service.
