Primeiramente, gostaria de saber o motivo de pedirem o CPF pra usar, totalmente desnecessário. O aplicativo é horrível, usabilidade nota zero (isso que dá colocar programador pra fazer trabalho de designer). O app não é nativo e por isso fica travando. Se é pra fazer um aplicativo cagado, pq vcs não fazem uma API pública e deixam devs da cidade integrar em apps existentes? Espero que com a licitação uma empresa de vergonha tome conta disso, pois vocês fizeram um trabalho nota zero.
