Really polite and kind, even late at night right before they close. Most people around here are rude if you come a certain amount of time before closing. But all smiles and quick, happy service from Larry's! Great philly cheesesteaks for not being Philly! Delicious & worth the price! App is super convenient and even has rewards!

Love the food and the convenience of ordering for pickup.. Recommend added a scheduled pickup time... Sometimes I want to place my order 2 or 3 hours ahead of time because I'm working my pickup into the ending of my shopping trip.

I like the app. No real complaints. It's handy instead of trying to tell someone five different sandwiches. I wish I could look at the menu even if a store isn't open yet. I'm the type of person that likes to peruse the options ahead of time. And sometimes I wish there were the option to pay cash. These are minor things and they aren't going to stop me from ordering/using the app.
