Using the app for sometime now, it's a much better experience than a bus ride. My two issues with the service are the very inconsistent availability which means that one day you can find a ride quickly and the next day need to search for 20 minutes to find a ride that arrives in another 20 minutes, and that brings me to the other issue which is the fact you have to search manually and if no ride was found you have to click again and again, please add some automation to this and simply notify us.

Easy and straightforward Installation, setup and usability. Short walk to pickup which is great, but long wait...but i suppose that's not to do with the app but more to do with how many drivers are out there nearby at that time.

There is no reason to pay a double price and get a worst experience than a bus ride. Very bad time estimation (either very late, or very early and then you miss your ride). Drop off locations are far away from the destination (compared to bus drop off). Frustrating and expensive.

They get you near where you need to be. However, I had witnessed their drivers join Zoom sessions, don't wear masks, drive recklessly. Plus you have to wait around 20 minutes for a ride and walk up to 7 minutes to the pickup points. Ehhh..

Bus didn't arrive and they didn't refund. They don't give a phone number for customer support, only a mail address they ignore. Just take a normal bus.

Cute idea but it's unreliable. There's never a Bubble when you need it and if there is one, you have to wait 20 minutes or more. And if you get one, the drivers are not very nice.
