About this app

O atendimento psicológico remoto, através da internet, destina-se a situações específicas tratadas entre o psicólogo e o seu paciente, a partir do diagnóstico definido pelo profissional escolhido e de questões coerentes com o contexto da interação on-line e possíveis de serem conduzidas nessa condição. Sendo assim, o tempo destinado para as sessões é definido e limitado por esses pontos, constituindo-se em um atendimento objetivo e focado, chamado de Orientação Psicológica. A regulamentação do CFP – Conselho Federal de Psicologia determina que sejam realizadas, no máximo, 20 sessões virtuais.

Por se caracterizarem em consultas à distância, caso o psicólogo entenda que o paciente necessita de atendimento presencial ou mesmo psicoterapia, fará essa recomendação ao mesmo. A psicoterapia é um processo mais abrangente e mais longo, às vezes sem um prazo definido e que deve ser realizado presencialmente. Cabe ressaltar que esse serviço é voltado, nas condições determinadas acima, às pessoas maiores de idade. O atendimento a menores exige autorização dos pais ou responsáveis legais.
