Com 25 anos de atuação na área imobiliária, a MG tem uma estrutura 100% familiar. Atuando na administração e comercialização de imóveis privados, a MG atende cerca de 4.000 imóveis do setor público, prestando serviços para a Caixa Econômica Federal, governos de Pernambuco e Paraíba, Infraero e CBTU, entre outras.
O aplicativo permite a consulta de imóveis através de mapas geográficos em Recife e Região Metropolitana, ou próximos à localização em que o interessado se encontra, via GPS.
Os imóveis podem ser identificados por uma cor específica, com o objetivo de facilitar a busca. Existe uma tonalidade diferente para imóveis à venda, para aluguel e para temporada, por exemplo. O aplicativo é importante não apenas para os usuários, mas para os corretores. O corretor de imóvel pode levar seus clientes às localizações precisas onde os mesmos pretendem adquirir uma unidade e, naquele ponto pretendido, mostrar a base de imóveis disponíveis ao cliente utilizando um Celular ou Tablet.
O usuário pode fazer uma busca de acordo com o perfil do imóvel desejado, filtrando as características por uma série de parâmetros como tipo, pretensão, preço, número de quartos. O aplicativo ainda dispõe de inovações como criação da lista de imóveis favoritos, visualização de imagens, possibilidade de ligar instantaneamente para o telefone da empresa, entre outras.
