Péssimo! Pede para completar o cadastro, completo, mando gravar e não dá resposta de nada e não leva para lugar algum. Terei que ir comprar a passagem presencialmente. 🙄

De nada adianta um aplicativo pra comprar passagens se nunca finaliza a compra. Além disso, pede 24h para confirmar os dados e finalizar o cadastro, mas há 3 dias aguardo essa confirmação e nada! App sem utilidade, cheio de erros, sem informações sobre contato. Verdadeiro desserviço.

Aplicativo funciona bem, mas a regra de negócio é mal modelada. O aplicativo serve apenas para reservar a passagem. Ainda é necessário pegar fila para para pegar a passagem, isto é horrível. Exigindo o usuário a chegar mais cedo a rodoviária. Deveria emitir um documento digital que valha como passagem. Nem mesmo aceita outra pessoa receber a impressão da passagem.
