Revisem a forma de cadastro, a forma atual, é meio trabalhoso, poderia ser otimizado, muitos devem ter desistido nesta parte, se não, desistiram na tela de login porque o teclado de senha do aplicativo é diferente do site. No site eu coloquei senha alfanumérica e precisei alterar para numérica porque a minha senha cadastrada não permitia.

Processo de cadastro muito trabalhoso. Poderiam deixar mais prático. Fora
que a senha no site eu cadastrei alfanumérica e no app só aparece o teclado
numérico. No final das contas desisti de usar.
