Chamei o motorista, o app disse que ele estava completando outra corrida e devia aguardar 10 min. 10 min depois disse que eu deveria aguardar 8 min. Mais 10 min depois eu cancelei a viagem e tive que pagar a viagem que nao fiz (8 reais) mais uma taxa de 4.50. Achei ridículo!

finalmente atualizaram o aplicativo, a interface de antes e usabilidade fazia com que eu preferisse outros apps, vamos ver se apenas mudou a cara ou corrigiram a infinifade de bugs tambem

Corrida deu certo, mas ocorreu um problema. Fui cobrado duas vezes. Eu paguei pelo aplicativo usando cartão de crédito e na hora, esqueci completamente, e paguei em dinheiro também. O motorista nem contestou e recebeu sem falar nada. Chegando em casa que me dei conta. Já mandei e-mail para vocês, mas não fui respondido. Vou deixar com 2 estrelas por enquanto até ser estornado do cartão. Pedido: 47996.
