This thing happened today. I got a call from #booknplay app. They called me to inquire about my previous google review. The app was constantly crashing on my phone for some reason. The executive was very honest and was very much interested to rectify my issue. They fixed the issue within no time. Thank you for that. The main point is that "THEY CARE". With the latest app update, app does not provide OTP to login, no OTP even after resend OTPs and multiple tries, also the previoua version has the sports selection option, with this new update we can't even select sports. -------------+-+-------------- Thanks for the prompt reply, hope to see these fixes/features in upcoming updates. Keep up the good work.

Horrible app. Absolute chaos in booking venues. The time slot I booked at a particular venue already blocked independently by the venue. Result...multiple customers fighting over the same slot. Establishment overrules in their own favor. App customers are ditched. Waste of time and money. Save yourself....don't use this app. You have been warned. Use at your own peril.

Great idea. i can see the available slots for particular venues but when I try to select the slots for booking nothing can be selected... this needs to be fixed... or am I the only one who is not able to select?

Pathetic app. Does not detect locations. Gets hanged and is useless. Looks like there are lot of bugs in the application which needs to be fixed. The location bar gets populated only the first tine the app is opened and from next time it does not work.

I already have an account which I have created using email and there is no option to login using e-mail and password. This is a blocker issue. I am not interest to login using Google and Facebook. Resolve this issue ASAP TO CONTINUE YOUR SERVICE.
