Mala atencion. Todos pueden cometer un error, pero una empresa cuando comete un error tiene que tratar de minimizar el problema y no agrandarlo, especialmente cuando lo hicieron todo mal. Mucha tardanza, orden llego en pesimo estado, y luego encima discuten.

Paso de ser una buena alternativa a algo que no recomendaría a nadie. Ya son repetidas las ocasiones donde se olvidaron hacer mi pedido y me dejaron esperando sin motivo. Casi todas las veces culparon al restaurante diciendo que estos se olvidaron del pedido o que no contestaban el teléfono pero fue algo que pudimos desmentir llamando y verificando con los restaurantes. En una ocasión incluso me pidieron que yo llamé al restaurante para realizar mi pedido a nombre de ellos y en otra tuve que pasarles yo el número de teléfono de Factory. Nunca más.
