Great app, I love it. Using it on an Android 10 tablet. I made a donation because I wanted to use the Tasker plugin. But every now and then the donation status gets lost - and so the plugin. @team okabe biz : is there a way to reactive the donation status and keep it (even without internet connection) ?

Found it good after trying different touch disabling apps, it has different locking options e.g proximity sensor, volume keys locking etc. It helps in disabling touch during no use of touch specially while playing video on a crack or broken self-responsive touch. . Would be great if somehow it add the feature of locking the navigation soft hardware keys

Is great. Does what it says. No frivolous permissions required. Feature request: configurable delay between initiating the protection and when it activates. In case I need to click back into the app after clicking in status bar. Edit: Developer pointed out this setting exists. That settles it; this app is perfect!

It was working fine on Android 10 but after an update it's locking notification drawer is not working properly on Android 11. Do the needfull ASAP.. Not working on lock screen even after mobile restart. Rest is fine

Tried many simmilar apps- this one is the best. Settings seems complicated but actually you just have so many options. Hardware button lock and unlock are the best and kinda unique feature for this particular app. Cheers

Convenient Use Cases
Touch Protector is a simple app that disables touch screen and physical button operations, but it has many useful uses.
- When walking while looking at a map app, the map does not shift even if you touch the screen.
- Walking with the music video playing in your pocket.

Basic Usage
- Lock the screen with notification bar, shake, etc.
- Unlock the screen with the volume key.

- SHAKE > Shake sensitivity > Adjust the sensitivity
- PROXIMITY > Proximity covered locking > ON
- UPSIDE DOWN > Upside down locking > ON
- UPSIDE DOWN > Right side up unlocking > ON
- HARD KEYS > Volume up key unlocking > ON
- HARD KEYS > Volume down key unlocking > ON

Emergency Unlock
If you are unable to unlock your phone, please try the following.
- Press the volume button.
- Connect your phone to a power source.
- Make a call to the phone and touch the screen.
- Touch the screen 5 times to display the other unlock methods.
- Remove the SIM card to force reboot your phone.
- Restart your phone forcibly according to the method found by searching for "force restart your-phone-name".

Randomly Terminated!
Your phone's battery control feature may be forcing Touch Protector to terminate.
You may want to exclude Touch Protector from the phone's battery control. The following website is helpful for setting exclusion.

Restrictions for Android 8 and later
Due to additional restrictions in Android OS 8 or later, Touch Protector can no longer disable the notification bar (top edge of the screen) and navigation bar (bottom edge of the screen). Therefore, Touch Protector will close the notification bar and navigation bar as soon as they are displayed to reduce accidental operation.
