I used Villo for many years and Billy Bike is a better alternative. Perfect solution for Brussels (tram + slopes issues + do not stay in the way of the pedestrians thanks to the fact that it should be attached to something + pay for use, competitive price and way safer than Lime etc.). Great app, it just works. I would like to have more data (total # rides / min / km) & be able to order the 200 min pack from the app. I just had a minor bug issue during my ID card registration.

Not a great start. I needed a fast way to get somewhere. Downloaded the app, and a message reassured me that it only takes 2min to register. But it takes up to 24h for the profile to be approved. No way I can wait until tomorrow to get where I need. Disappointed.

Lack of bikes in my area, the ones available are often out of charge or have other issues that make them unusable. When you report problems, there's no follow up. Too much time spent contacting customer service or finding a working bike

First and last exp: only 600 bike in brussels so it was obvious walk around little bit to find a bike then i reserved i bike on the map but when you arrive nothing :/ then i contact call center for help. "App has some bug sry, you can go to another street..." only good thing is fast refund so tnx for the women on help center for fast reaction and shame for hole app staff

Good bikes but the 200' package probably doesn't exist, my emails to request such package are systematically ignored A simple digital timer on the bike would be convenient

Bug free, intuitive and slick design. I love the app and can't imagine doing without Billy bikes anymore.
