Unfortunately, the app is still in maintenance, poorly designed and malfunctioning. The issue with the app is whenever you select the bus line, it loads forever and it doesn't want to pop up correctly the time and the date. You have no option to change the language. The app is poorly made, i'm not surprised by the lack of the reviews here but things could be done better.

Useless piece of code which costs a fortune to tax payers. Search is counter-intuitive, design is horrendous, localisation does not work, can't be used by foreigners as other languages are not supported, help is in PDF (!!!!) in Bulgarian, the bus pictograms bring no value (no bus line displayed), no ticket info....... Whoever designed this has zero common sense, cannot do proper market research, has never travelled abroad and has the digital skills of a banana. A monkey can do better than this.

Uftterly useless app that looks like it was made with Paint from Windows 98. User-unfriendly, ugly as hell, and most of all - costs the taxpayer MILLIONS. Don't even bother if you are a foreigner in the city. Just use Maps or Moovit.

Poor UI and UX design. This freaking app costed us 6.2 million BG lev. Use MoovIt instead :)
