The previous app was almost perfect, fast and much more functional. In this app, when you change the date or time of your trip, you have to re-enter the station to get a result. No more options to share or export a trip to your calendar.. You don't have to fix something that isn't broken. Wasteful spending and development, probably just to get more user data.

It works but did More complicated than the old one. Takes longer to get a ticket. Change can be good if it improves upon things. I don't see improvement on planning a trip. It's now slower to redo the same stations you did earlier. Needing a ticket means you need the extra step of logging in. The sign up process makes you go to your mail before a ticket can be ordered... Ordering my ticket physically would've been faster.

This app is a disgrace. I cannot log in with my account or create a new one ("technical error") or book a return or weekend train. When I use English it sends me emails in Dutch.

Asked me to create an account before purchasing a ticket, but keeps on telling me a field is still missing information so I am unable to create an account. Double checked, but everything is filled in.

The app is not ready for production purposes. Bugged in different ways. Was this tested when programming? Would use paper printed tickets over this app any day. My purchased railpas did not generate and the expire date was the same as the purchase date. So at midnight it expired.

The app keeps crashing, I can't buy tickets. I contacted the sncb countless times, on whatsapp, phone, email. Every time I get the ridiculous suggestion to check if I have the latest version (I do!) and to install the app again (I have many times!). Not sure which is worse, the quality of the app or the quality of their costumer service.
