Sous le soleil du week-end de Pentecôte, Liège accueille la nouvelle et neuvième édition des Epicuriales, le plus grand restaurant à ciel ouvert pour les gastronomes et amateurs de produits fins. Tradition de l’été naissant, les Epicuriales implantent leurs vastes chapiteaux accueillants dans l’endroit au centre ville le plus vert et le plus aéré : le Parc d’Avroy, sous les frondaisons de ses arbres majestueux et en face de ses pelouses et de son étang !

Pour cette édition 2013, les Epicuriales accueilleront une vingtaine de restaurateurs et de traiteurs réputés, qui feront partager les saveurs gustatives de la gastronomie de grandes maisons de la région. Les nombreux visiteurs pourront découvrir, au gré de leur balade gastronomique, des spécialités de la fine cuisine française, des spécialités conviviales du terroir liégeois et d’autres plus exotiques aux parfums d’Italie, d’Espagne, de Savoie, du Brésil, du Japon, de Russie ou d’Orient, le tout relevé par quelques bières spéciales et les vins et champagnes sélectionnés par les restaurateurs. Dans chaque tente, le convive découvrira un échantillon de la cuisine et de l’ambiance qu’il pourra agréablement retrouver par la suite dans les restaurants participant aux Epicuriales.
