You need to put email and password to create and account and open the app. Then, you also need to put a PIN to access the app on your mobile. A bit too much and annoying? No possibility to use the standard screen lock pattern or finger print reader??

I try to recover my account, i should receive an email but I don't get anything. I pressed the send email button 10 times in a day, nothing changes.

The scanner is poor but the worst is that it only allows to submit medical expenses but not the tracking of what was reimbursed for each expense submitted. Expense reimbursement is a complex, frustrating and difficult to understand subject.

"Different account required" is hard but okay. But really, who is expecting a person to swipe more than 20 years of months for the date of birth. Imagine those older than 40. Is this some sort of punishment for getting older?

The card scan does not work, and the app cannot link my card to my birth date. Nice idea but so far useless.
