This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Cloudbike 2.0 on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

Cloudbike is Antwerp's first smart bike sharing system. Download the app and unlock your ride now!

How does it work?
- Download the app & register
- Top up your Wallet using a credit card (more payment methods to be added soon)
- Find the closest drop zone and press it in the app, select a bike and open the lock or alternatively scan the QR code on the bike
- Enjoy your ride!
- You can pause your bike anywhere you like, just lock the bike
- Park in one of the many drop zones spread throughout the city, you can find them on the map in the app and use the navigator

What does it cost?
- Pay per ride: minimum of 0,50 euro's for the first 10 minutes, 0,05 euro per additional minute
- Pay per day: keep your bike for 24 hours, the maximum you will get charged is 13 euro's

- Not able to connect to a bike?
Try resetting the Bluetooth-cache of your device.
1. Go to your phone's Settings
2. Select "Apps"
3. Make sure you can view 'system apps'. (You might need to swipe left/right or tap on the menu in the top right corner).
4. Select "Bluetooth" in the now much bigger list of apps.
5. The app-info for Bluetooth is now displayed. Select "Storage".
6. Choose "Delete cache"
7. Restart your phone.
