Awfull experience. Possibly the worst app of its kind. Logins get locked. Reseting of the account does not work. Points get lost. Should be retracted from the appstore.

It took a very long time to enter the 3 favorite restaurants in the profile but after restarting the app 3 times!!! I finally had my profile completed. Now ... at the BK restaurant: After scanning the QR code, just a beep but no message on the kiosk screen (so, I scanned the QR again, again a beep, no message) ... I continued to enter my order ... and after having payed, no points added to my account. But Hooray!! ... according to the app, one can enter the invoice number of the ticket to collect the points anyway in case you didn't have your phone with you (or if they weren't added by scanning the QR at the kiosk?) .... but there is no invoice number on the ticket that is accepted by the app ... Please refactor to resolve these problems !!!!

Unable to redeem loyalty points. The only reason I installed this app is to gather loyalty points for the rare occasion I visit a BK. Then being unable to redeem anything is just a scam, when standing in front of a kiosk and tapping on the item I want to redeem just to get a blank screen is unacceptable.

Very easy to use software. It's a pity that when my app is automatically logged out, I forgot what the ID number was when I registered before, which caused all the previous points to be gone. I didn't keep the ID I obtained in the store. That's not fair. But there is no way to fix it.

Was a bit wonky and useless first. But is now an nice way to stay up to date and get some added benefits 😉

It is a pain to use. Forces you to type code from the receipt only to get an error, and it cannot read it via camera. Not a day without errors.
