I found out about this theme from the XDA Developer Forums' tutorial on how to install a Dark Theme on Android Oreo without Root. The one theme for Substratum out of a handful of both paid and free themes that I could get to work for Oreo 8.1 with the Nova Launcher app installed. The dark transparent theme looks beautiful on my phone. Highly recommended, especially if you are not using the Stock Launcher.

only 1 issue is that , mobile network section in network & internet settings is not themed properly , the text on that page is black that means black text on black bg which makes it impossible to see whats written over there......

Only one major problem that is network settings are invisible (cannot be readed) please fix this problem as early as possible

Installed on pixel 3 XL and got immediate boot loop! And a warning about my data being encrypted in TWRP? I've used quite a few other themes and haven't had this issue
