Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Photo Geotag GPS (xcam) on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

Rubbish. Sitting next to fibre router and still cannot get map or GPS location. Also, claim by developer that he got accuracy just under 100 metres is pathetic. GPS should give down to 10mtrs or less.

Camera doesn't allow user to focus. All pictures came out horribly cropped, blurry, and with poor white balancing. Watermark doesn't adjust to background colors and is conpletely invisible against some shades of orange. Could not rotate camera, ui stayed in same location and rotation regardless of phone rotation. Available effects do not show in preview.

Only getting a small upper left corner of the whole photo. Watermark info goes off the photo area. Not compatible with my cheap zte phone.

The date, time and GPS work on the dot. Wonderful watermark. However the design could use some improvement as most users are pulled towards a clean neat but eye catching UI. The camera button should be on either of the sides, middle is very inconvenient. The ad on the top takes up some of the camera room. The screen is resized to accommodate that. I use a Lg G3 and don't think most users would be cool with that. Although, I love the idea. Which is why I installed your app in the first place. =)

Pictures taken using Photo Geotag GPS include a discreet watermark that contains:

* Time taken
* Date taken
* GPS Coordinates (coarse location)
* GPS accuracy (metres)

GPS mode is not necessary (minimal battery use). Rear facing camera only.

**2018 update: SketchXcam is an alternative version of this app and contains much more functionality**
