App is not stable. Each time the user should authenticate again via SMS. Does not working properly. The charge include the shipping + additional cost from each good. Order details are not clear. The prices in McDonalds and in app are different and it is not reflected in order. As a customer I would like to know the actual price and additional cost of of the hungry az.

The worst delivery company ever in Azerbaijan. I dont recommend this service to anyone who cares about their nerves and money. Delivery time is very long and their app is not user friendly at all. They are taking the money but rejects to deliver the service. Full of scam and fraud. When you call their support team, they are promising that problem will be solved, but it is not being solved and they are not informing back about the status of the request.

Best customer services ever. They are always available if you have any problem. The best part is you leave a comment and they call in no time. Would love to see if more people can communicate in English. 5 stars for fast customer service and affordable rates.

I can't find usual KFC menu in the app. For instance I want Bigger menu but I can't see it in your app. You're just selling all products one by one which is not affordable.

Why all the personal informations have been removed on update. This is really irritating and unprofessional. You have to quickly take action otherwise you will be loosing your customers
