I had the same problem when trying to use the App after installing it I received the message "There was a error processing your request". I emailed AZV and was told they made a adjustment in the software. They said to delete the App completely and install it again. Answer no when the App asks you if you've already installed it on another device. It worked for me.

I also had the same problem that it gave me an error message. However I was able to continue. My issue is that the system does not allow me to add my kids so what do I have to do in order to add my kids to the app? Also the message section did not work correctly. In the section where it asks you to pick a topic there are no topics and you cannot send any messages because of that.

Used it only once to register now I can't open it anymore. It says there was an error processing your request and it won't reload. I will stick to using the plastic card not the app.

Selecting the date of birth too difficult, have to scroll month by month, why not input by manual. So uninstalled.

Horrible and worthless, scan doesn't work and then stuck at insert of last 2 digits of ID which I don't have. A dry well is more useful than this app.
