Thank you 😊 [Your latest update (May 3, 2021) keeps crashing and is totally unusable. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help at all (and will have wiped out my custom places and journeys). Clearly the issue is not unique to me - please fix it with high priority!]

Have been using the app for years, like it a lot, but suddenly having problem because it keeps adding/repeating letters when I try to enter a destination! Please fix it asap thanks.

Since recent update it won't operate at all on my personal or work phone. Can't log in to my profile, favourites appear but can't access, close the app then nothing comes up...

app lately hasn't been showing where the bus is, it's either on the side of the road or not there at all, which is frustrating. the only thing I know how to use on it is the routes, the rest is confusing as all heck.
