I put this app in my phone because the ad at the bus stop said it had live tracking of public transport. False advertisement obviously! Waited at my stop on time for quite sometime, unknown whether bus was running late or early or whether it had been or was coming? Live PT tracker non existent! No answers. After waiting for 20 long minutes in horrid weather I gave up and went home having to miss an important doctor's appointment. Silly app tells you nothing more than the time table. Useless.

Just the live time of metro is 99 percent accurate, rest tram and bus waiting time shown in real-time is a joke, 2 mins waiting time makes it 10 mins or just arriving on the bus stop 2 mins before actual departure make you miss it coz it already left.

Who ever designed this app is beyond incompetent ask for the most direct route to arrive at a certian time n i get told to take a route that ends up being a hr early or half a hr late get sent on a wild goose chase into the city and back because you dingbats don't understand people have legs to walk with n don't need to be dropped at the exact spot if u can walk from a closer stop n actually arrive on time. Get ya heads out of your asses and out of your wallets and actually do ur job description

Everything is pretty good except when you check to see how much time you have left and the time on the app is out by an hour.

The timing of buses and trams are unright. It's about 20 minutes that I am waiting for a tram that was supposed to arrive 20 minutes ago! People depend on the timing! Why this service is never accurate and right? :(

Quickest and easiest way to get where I'm going doesn't show, 755 then switch at bnia 737, but does show waiting 40 mins instead of 20 for a direct bus or walk 20 to take the 753 then the 737 at bnia! Show all options or have it so people can choose multiple criteria!!
