I used this app once and ended my parking session after 45 minutes. I received a notification that I would be charged $3. Later that day I received another notification to say my session ended after 4 hours and that I was being charged the maximum rate. I logged a support request to say there'd been a mistake, but they are refusing to refund the difference. I'll never use the app again.

The app doesn't accept my default vehicle, and won't allow me to enter the same vehicle registration. The app didn't detect my GPS position, and the app doesn't accept the meter ID to identify where I was trying to buy my ticket. 100% useless especially when combined with the fact the meter has a broken keyboard preventing you from entering your registration manually. This is a record for when I may need to defend a ticket due to a faulty system.

Since the latest version update, I cannot get rid of the 'parking expired' notification and have to uninstall and then reinstall the app as a workaround.

The app wont let me in. Only says connect to internet to continue. Really? Which internet do you require? Is it a special internet? All other apps work fine. Cannot evaluate app as it won't let me on.
