Useless app. Such limited items listed, and most of them are common sense anyway. Nothing you can't find listed online without downloading an app for. Has oote tisk to be helpful, but only if everything is listed. Not just the basic unsafe items 😒🙄

Deodorant, says yes, up to 500g, international MAY be different. That's it. When was this app designed, 1990? Complete lack of information, oh and if you send them a question, they can use your details for prosecution, so careful what you ask them. Geez guys, get a grip

Was totally curious on one thing if I'd be questioned about taking a Stethocope in my carry on. Haha. Cause the heads on them if a proper one from a medical store have quite the bulky metal head.

About this app

Is your luggage safe?

If you look in your garden shed, or under the kitchen or laundry sink, you are likely to find a number of potentially dangerous goods. Some of the more common of these are things such as pesticides, petrol, paint, mineral turpentine, methylated spirit, gas cylinders, oven and drain cleaners, bleach, glues and aerosols.
You are probably happy to store these items at home, or carry them in the car on the way home from the shop, because you know where they are, and manage any risk associated with carrying or storing them. You store them out of harm’s way, so that no one can swallow or mishandle them, and you keep them upright so they don’t tip and leak.
However, put these items in an aircraft, flying high above the earth, and subject to severe atmospheric pressure (up to 75kPa), extremes of temperature and vibration (1g to 8g of acceleration), and they can behave unpredictably.
The Can I pack that? Dangerous Goods App can help inform you about what you can and can’t pack in your luggage. And, if it can be brought aboard, guide you on how to do it safely.

If you can’t find the item you’re looking for you can submit the search query to our team of Dangerous Goods Inspectors for classification.

Remember - if you are still unsure about a particular item and whether it may pose a safety risk, always check with your airline or airport staff.
