ok this app is simple as heck, but soo useful for tracking classes of food that I eat against rda. I love it! It beats the most complex food trackers hands down. My only issue is that i wish the link to the Australian rda levels worked or was actually listed more clearly in the app. Would also like cup conversions from weight but thats a personal preference.

A very helpful basic app to keen track of your food groups. as a suggestion it would be very handy to add custom food groups such as glasses of water and discretionary foods.

I think this is a really good basic app. Couple of suggestions to make this even better. 1. Add a water tracker 2. Add an oils tracker 3. Add a sweets/treat tracker 4. Make the amounts adjustable. For example, on my diet, I do not need to reach 6 grains per day. 5. A simple exercise tracker would be a an added bonus. I don't need to log what type of exercise, but simply that I did. Maybe in 15 min increments. But in its simplicity, it is a solid app.
