Worst experience. I don't know why Transport Department choose this company. All the services always not accurate, late. I trust them to commute to work, but bus always get delayed 10-15 mins. Even the update on the app is not accurate, sometimes the bus doesn't move as well. Bad company, worst service ever had.

This is awful, the app fails to find simple directions often returning a message saying that it is unable to calculate a route. Undoubtedly the worse public transport app out of all Australian major metropolitan areas. Utter shambles.

this lastest update has lost the ability when open find your nearest favourite stop and open timetable. now you have to go to timetables find your favorite stop then open. also when my phone closes it loses the stop timetable and you have to reload the whole thing again.

Trankslink has got to be one of the most unreliable public transport services in the world... And the app isn't much better. Google maps gives better timetable information and bus routes
