This app is inconceivably poor. It hangs constantly, doesn't register inputs (or if it does, takes upwards of ten seconds to respond), and constantly requires restarting, which involves another twenty seconds of waiting for it to load. Perhaps even more bafflingly, there is no manual refresh on any page except the home page of the Matches tab. What kind of spaghetti code exactly is this hack job running, and who designed it?

App freezes a lot. And, seriously, when you scroll half way down a long list and click on a match for details, when you go back to the list, it should NOT put you back at the top so you have to start all over! That is a terrible error within the app. I agree with other reviewers that last year's app was way more user friendly and just better overall.

The most irritating part of this app, for me, is that if I navigate away from the live scores, it won't refresh when I go back to them. I have to close the app out entirely in order to have updated scores. I'd be better off just following it on Google. Also, I despise the way the statistics are set up, plus they don't update point by point - unlike the apps for the other slams. It's just not an enjoyable experience, at all, and makes following along with the matches nearly impossible.

Bad. Real bad. Constantly locking/freezing up. Couldn't get the Radio to work. Live scoring is delayed, very slow. Worst Tennis App I've ever tried (Usually the AO App is good, or has been in past years, and the other majors always provide great access and coverage). In a nutshell: it's so bad I'm using other means to following the Australian Open. A bummer.

This is by far the worst tennis app I've used of all the slams over the years. Live Score crashes nonstop. Even when it doesn't crash, the updates are always soooooo slow. Sometimes it shows score changes from 30min ago if I left it for a while. Draw tab always takes you back to Round 1. There is no profile link AT ALL; the only way is to go to More->Players to search. How could you think this is an acceptable app in this day and age? As 1 of the 4 slams, where is your pride?

2 ★, on 2020-01-22
Worst app compared to all other slams. Takes too long to load and crashes frequently. The layout is very elementary and doesn't provide links to more information, such as learning about the player during the match. You have to get out of the score section and go to the player section. Even there the info is paltry. Do better next year.
