This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Snapa on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Our App, Snapa, uses cutting-edge machine learning technology to identify Victorian coastal and estuarine fish. Whether you are a first time recreational fisher or a seasoned professional, Snapa can help you identify 10 Victorian Marine and Estuary fish species in the field. Just download the app onto your device then snap a photo or load one from your phone camera roll and submit it to our robot, Arti, for identification. Arti is still being trained so he's not perfect! Every photo you snap will help him improve his recognition and broaden the number of species he knows about. As long as your photos are of coastal and estuarine fish, we want you to snap them!
