Better than expected.. it's actually great! Only thing missing is the WiFi password for the day, actually baffled that this isn't in the app. This feature is worth one star so if the WiFi password gets implemented it would definitely be 5*

For the past couple of days, the app cannot connect to the database servers so nothing is shown on the app. every value is shown as zero and it says 'you currently have no loans '. Please fix the issue.

a great app that has an easy to use and intuitive design. very handy for reserving books... howevrr when searching it would be great to search by book/dvd/music...

Easy to use for the things that I can't easily do on the libraries website (on my phone anyway) - search the catalogue, reserve and renew books, check my return dates. What more could I want?

Good idea but has issues. Cannot set notifications to stay on, it always stays disabled (and yes, have looked through settings) therefore I don't get notified properly. To renew a book is VERY slow. No option to renew all, so as well as a slow connection to your server I have to do each book individually. It's faster to log into the website.

This does all it claims to do with ease. My only reservation is that I can't see the dates that any of my reservations are due back from the current borrower. But I'll just have to keep reading what I have and patiently wait. My partner is very happy with the app.
