This app is terrible. Crashes often and is very unreliable. Wait time for call centre to fix any issues is too long! I tried biking a taxi for 20 mins this morning with no luck ... I'm now sitting in an uber where the app, booking experience and wait time was flawless! Please get your app fixed!

Works ok but estimates can't be trusted. Trip was nearly $10 more than the high end estimate (after taking toll into consideration which I guess is not included in estimate) despite being 7am on a public holiday with near zero traffic. Also don't like how you have to use a separate app rather than just be an option in the 13cabs app. Thankfully the same accounts works in both. Lastly, have tried to set home address several times but it just doesn't save it.

Since the app has been updated with auto-pay I have been double charged twice. The pre-set fee is often exorbitant when traffic is light. The recent changes to this app have driven this long-term loyal Silver Service user to other providers

This is the worst app. Most of the time it hangs. Cabs arrive with no notification. Or says cab is arriving but it freezes and you can't see where the cab is. It has been 100% unreliable and getting worse. Pity. I WANT to use them. I don't want to use uber.

I used to be able to simply book a cab with this app. Now I need to register and give my email and credit card details. Talked to the call centre and they suggested it was for marketing purposes. I thought ss was premium. For shame.
