Obviously saw the very low review score before downloading but decided to give it a go anyway. The app actually looks great and seemingly works well when finding auctions and tickets. But then it all falls apart, it's impossible to add a payment method and the process is bugged. I can't bid on anything without adding a payment method first so all in all it's completely useless.

Login errors even with PW manager. Others must be having this issue, since I have tried for a month to correct this. Even with a password manager the password will suddenly be rejected as wrong. The same password was successfully used but suddenly fails again requiring a password reset. The reset always accepts the new password, but 80% of the time the login again fails with an incorrect password message. Love the concept but I cannot risk being stuck without access to my tickets.

Original journey after winning 1st class uograde auction was excellent. I made 2 further journeys and bought standard premium upgrades on each. First was a total success. I was a new fan. On the next journey the train was declassified so no upgrade for me. Between Seatfrog & Avanti, no way to get a refund so £33 wasted. So it is good when it works. App still hangs regularly and says I have not bought an upgrade when I have. A restart of the app fixes this.

Unreliable app, now added a saving fee. Android app is poor and unreliable just read most of the other reviews and now they have added a 'saving fee' of £3 of every booking, stupid why not just add £3 to the bidding minimum instead of trying to hide it like a scummy company. As well as the minimum by £3, All bids have gone up by £5.

A total ripoff!! I used the app to swap ticket. I paid £10 and yet no trip was added to the account. And then received two empty emails. Totally useless as I paid for something I couldn't use

An OK app but the upgrades don't show up half the time. They regularly disappear and you have to open and close the app multiple times to trick it into showing them. I always take a screenshot just in case, but I shouldn't have to. Also the fee is quite high!
