Edit Feb '19: Needs history, auto top up, and/or to make it obvious when you use your last ticket! ... Great idea. Why does it keep asking to sign in? Please remember! It's frustrating when you get to the boat and the app decides you're signed out. Needs timetables, notices, and alarms. Also pressing the button uses a ticket, so why bother with the scanners? Looking forward to updates.

Keeps shi**** self randomly on S9+ when standing in front of the ferry staff with queue behind me. Had to pay by card a couple of times. Doesn't support google pay, fingerprint / iris login / face login or any external identity providers such as facebook, google, amazon. But then someone spent the time do develop the animation when you activate a ticket 🙄

Like being able ro buy tickets upfront but such a clunky app, constantly logs you out and doesn't support finger print log in. Very frustrating when waiting in the rain or sun at uncovered wharfs trying ro board a vessel. Needs work.

Can't see the price until you choose the ticket. Then you can't cancel if you dont want it!

Agree with Sebastian that the app is fine but you have to log in too often. I have successfully purchased ferry tickets for my daily commute and other trips for ~6 months now with no technical difficulties. Saved a lot of money by buying multi trip tickets and don't have to worry about buying and losing a paper ticket.
