I do FIFO and park at the airport regularly so they always send me discounts in emails. Every time I make my parking booking from the page and go into the app, it says I have no booking. Things don't get linked up which is not great since it is all in the same account. Much room for improvement.

What's the point in having an app, when you can't login to it. It's hard enough to login to Perth airport parking online. Then the feature is left out completely in the app. Managing bookings, vehicle rego, customer support should all be applicable in an app that involves parking.

I mostly use it to manage my parking, but it's not very good. It comes up with an error everytime when I try to use the stored credit card and I have to put my details in again. It's easier to just book parking online. If they fix it, then I'd use it, but otherwise, not convenient.

Very basic and not really that useful. I made a parking booking today, then downloaded the airport app. However, there is no function to connect to parking booking I made earlier. Asks to start from scratch! Should be able to login wirh your name and the history of activity should appear, surely? Further work needed methinks.

I've used this app for sometime and it worked well, but now as with others who have posted here, all I get is a blank white screen. Reinstalling doesn't work and neither does advising host of the problem via their contact details. Have had no response, so not wasting more time and deleting the app
