Frustrated with getting signed out and the app "forgetting" that I have downloaded things. The whole purpose of downloading things is so that I don't have to rely on the spotty internet on the train. The app randomly signs me out and when I sign in again my downloads are not seen by the app.

A mobile app for video services isn't new and most of the technology is open source. So there is no excuse for this app having limited functionality and poor performance. Video playback has limited options (e.g. no FF) and often forgets where you left it after exiting. Performance over the mobile network is worse than other streaming services (e.g. YouTube, Netflix), which is surprising given its tailored for the Optus network.

Piece of sh! #. Every time I want to record something it asks for activation code. By far the worst app I have ever used.
