Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing mTAXI on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Horrible App is unclear as to its work flow, i'd apparently booked a cab before being a chance to select a departure time or destination. The ui makes it hard to determine which elements are interactive, and it *breaks* basic platform UI capabilities like the android back button. Then i find that I'll be charged at the higher night rate for the entire 35min trip to the airport because i entered the cab at 8:57am!! Lost a customer, Bye.

Fast and reliable app. It took me a bit to figure out that I could book a cab without entering the destination, but when I did it allows me to book a trip even faster. Keep up the good work.

Waste of time. Booked at taxi for a particular time and then once allocated it said it would be hallf hour wait . Crap

I have never written a review before but I have finally snapped it. This app will work wonders once out of every ten times. Other times it will tell you that you have already been picked up/unavailable/disconnected/or a number of other excuses that leaves you standing on a street corner like the good old days.

This app is rubbish. Tried booking a taxi. Went to check the booking and its cancelled. Tried booking again got a call go back and check my booking cancelled again. Tried calling their number and the ringing stops you get a recorded message and then no one answers. Uber looks better every day!

Used to be great, then they updated it and it's terrible - can't see when your job has been accepted (always shown as 'not dispatched', even days later), can't track your taxis and you have to input your address every time. If you're looking for a way to take a great app and make it terrible, give these guys a call.
