Only good for checking bus times and that's it. Adding funds should be instantly, not 2 days. The automatic renewal doesn't work half the time. Why can we not change any personal information apart from which city we're from? My fare got changed without my permission randomly and now I'm paying $2 more per ride and the only way I can change it is by going to a Metro shop - which is closed during the times I'm not at work.

App desperately needs the ability to support multiple Green Cards. As a parent to 3 kids, lack of this function is VERY frustrating. To make matters even worse, I can't even find how to sign out of one Green Card account so I can sign back in with another! I also don't understand why it takes 1-2 days to top cards from a credit card! What exactly am I supposed to do while waiting for the payment to process???

Once you've set it up, very handy, automatically deducting, as the account gets below $10. Along with the tap and go card, convenient, hassle free.

What do you mean, Server Infrastructure? This app is mediocre at best, but it would be so much better if they put some time and effort into actually making it decent. The service is unavailable majority of the time, there's no notification system for any outages/delays (I'm looking at you, bus strikes). The only reason I keep this app is because it's easy to load my card and check my balance, assuming it bloody works of course...

Why not jump into 2019 and make the balance update instantly. So many times I've been caught with no cash (and of course ancient busses so can't pay with card) so I have to just scan the Geeencard to see if there anything on it. If I don't have cash I don't get let onto the bus so I'm late for work.

Can you guys please take a look at the TripView app and create an app just like this or collaborate with them as they already have Sydney and Melbourne transport systems incorporated within the one app. Easy user interface, real-time bus tracking. Simplicity.
