I think that it might be useful to have an option to choose the text to be read out for people who can not read. Maybe to also prompt the user to use headphones to maintain privacy if they choose this option.

i havw been rqped in m home and wasnt beleived by police becausei left it hree hours before i called an ambulance who then called police...
